Tiffany Nottingham

Tiffany Nottingham is the Administrative Assistant and KidsHope Director at Crossroads and most likely the first friendly face you'll encounter when you stop by the office. She has been a faithful part of the team since October 2006.

Tiffany is married and has two wonderful adult sons, a daughter-in-law, a son's longtime girlfriend, and a granddaughter born in March 2024 — with a grandson expected in August 2026, making her a grandma of two! She is absolutely thrilled about this next chapter and cherishes every moment spent with her grandchildren.

When she's not at the office, you'll find Tiffany lost in a good book with one of her two book clubs, out running with friends, digging into Scripture alongside other women, or chasing down something new to learn and experience. She has a genuine heart for people — she loves hearing their stories and finding ways to meet them where they are. True to Romans 12:13, she is always willing to "share with the Lord's people who are in need."

Tiffany is deeply grateful for the people in her life who live out Galatians 6:2 — "Carry each other's burdens, and in this way you will fulfill the law of Christ" — showing up for her in the big moments and the quiet everyday ones alike. She knows firsthand the gift of friendships that sharpen and sustain — the kind Proverbs 27:17 describes: "As iron sharpens iron, so one person sharpens another." She is simply thankful for the women who do life with her and who, by their example, point her back to Jesus every day.
